As a trainee you will be a valuable asset here at Lyncroft assisting in kitchen, dining room, and laundry room

You will be accountable for assisting in administrative & operational tasks critical to the successful functioning of Lyncroft and Ernescliff College.

You will help increase the functionality of the residence while maintaining all-required policies and health standards.
Responsibilities
-
Assist in kitchen by preparing and cooking meals, tasks include washing and chopping fruits, vegetables, etc.

Arrange table settings with table cloths, napkins, utensils, plates, etc.

Perform a variety of housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
-
Collects, sorts, washes, dries, folds, and irons linens, personal laundry, table clothes, and napkins. Report all repairs, take notes of supplies needed

Keep order in the walk-in fridge and pantry storage with the items that are proper to breakfast and dinette fridges
-
Review and remember the menu of the day in order to prepare the necessary bread, condiments, utensils, etc.

Keep all dispenser items refilled and clean in the residence, snack room, and pantry itself
