Incontro Romano
Incontro Romano is an international congress held in Rome each year, which aims to deepen in the understanding of the service profession. Each year the Congress addresses a topic that encourages study of the service sector and manifests its importance in society.
The initiative is not just limited to the organization of an annual congress: with the work which writing the papers entails, it aspires to encourage research in this professional field in the different countries of the participants, respecting the social and cultural diversity.
